This agreement specifies deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for both parties.
Financial Terms & Payment Schedule
Pricing for our services is determined based on the complexity, scale, and specific requirements of each project. A clear payment schedule, including initial deposits and milestone payments, will be detailed in your project contract. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks.
- Transparent cost breakdowns provided.
- Milestone-based payment schedules.
- Invoicing and payment due dates clearly stated.

Project Timelines & Change Orders
While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon project timelines, factors such as weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site complexities may cause delays. We will communicate any potential delays promptly. Any significant changes to the project scope requested by the client will require a formal change order, which may incur additional costs and adjust timelines.
Our Commitment: Warranties & Limitations
Verdant Hearth Cultivations stands behind the quality of our work and the plants we install. We offer specific warranties on plants and certain installed hardscape elements, as detailed in your project agreement. These warranties are subject to proper client maintenance and care as advised by our team.
Most plant material installed by Verdant Hearth Cultivations carries a one-year warranty from the date of installation, provided plants are adequately watered and maintained according to our guidance. Hardscape materials and irrigation systems will have warranties as per manufacturers' specifications, and our installation workmanship is warranted for a period detailed in your contract.
Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service from which the claim arose. Verdant Hearth Cultivations is not liable for damages caused by acts of nature, extreme weather, vandalism, or improper maintenance by the client or third parties. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance.
Verdant Hearth Cultivations shall not be deemed in default of this Agreement, nor be liable for any delay or failure in performance, resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
